This module is based on Barton Musical Circuits Stereo Output.
I just added 2 more channels and mute switches on each channel. 
And I slightly modified a headphone volume pot of the original circuit to control both stereo out and headphone out level.

STRIPBOARD LAYOUT

The stripboard layout has been updated on November 5th, 2022.

-All decoupling capacitor, 100nF, are soldered across Vcc and Vee of each ICs underneath the boards.

-For better V/Oct tracking, you can use a matched pair of 2n3906 and +3500ppm, 2k tempco resistor and place the tempco resistor between 2n3906s with thermal compound.

-In my case, the triangle output is around 8Vpp. So I replaced 2k which is connected 14pin of U3 with 1k to get 10Vpp.

DIMENSION

-side panels: 200mm x 427mm

-top and bottom panels: 200mm x 422mm

-back panel: 422mm x 451mm

-the distance from hole to hole should be 122.5mm

RAIL

-the length is 427mm (1hp=5.08mm / 5.08mm x 84hp = 426.72mm)

NUT

-7mm x 7mm(m3) nuts are needed in this case

-normal 5.5mm x 5.5mm nuts will easily fall off
